Joining the beta list

Felix Did It Studios decides how your beta application is used. With your consent, we use your email address and iPhone or iPad model to select testers and contact you about The Long Front 1918 beta. You can also tell us your iOS or iPadOS version. We record when you submitted the form and the consent you gave. Joining is voluntary and does not guarantee an invitation.

Your consent covers recruitment for this beta only. We keep your application until recruitment ends or six months after you apply, whichever comes first. If you withdraw earlier, we stop using your details for recruitment and delete your application.

Who handles your information?

The studio reviews applications in its private Google Workspace form. Google processes the responses and email notifications for us. Cloudflare serves the website and processes connection information such as your IP address to deliver and secure the pages. The application itself goes directly to Google Forms. These providers may process data outside the UK using the transfer safeguards set out in Google’s data processing terms and Cloudflare’s data processing terms.

Withdrawal and your rights

To leave the list, reply to a beta email or email hello@felixdidit.com from the address you used. Withdrawing is as easy as signing up and does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can also ask to see, correct, delete, transfer or restrict use of your information. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority.

Other enquiries

If you contact the studio directly, we use your message and contact details to reply. This notice covers the websites and beta recruitment. The game’s own privacy information will be published separately before release.
